Group Coaching

“I absolutely enjoyed every second and the time flew by. From a personal perspective I have a clear action plan which was only achieved through your directed questions. Best six hours of CPD I ever done”

What Do We Do?

Outsight Associates offer group coaching sessions to executive headteachers, headteachers and deputy headteachers . Our aim is to provide a safe space for you to share your challenges with others and gain the clarity you need in order to take action.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a solution focussed and practical approach to realising goals whether personal or professional

Using a non-judgemental and non-advisory approach, coachees are supported to find their own answers and solutions based on careful questioning and various exploratory exercises.

Coaching is not ‘a chance to offload’ but a firm and deliberate steering towards the coachee’s goals

How Does it Work?

Each group consists of 6-8 individuals who meet three or more times a year.

During each session you’ll have the opportunity to share your challenges and through the use of thought-provoking questions, be empowered to self-reflect and find the solutions within yourself. It is the members of the group who provide the challenge, ask the questions and help you to navigate your way through to the solution.

Each group is facilitated by one of our experienced coaches who will also challenge your thinking, introduce you to resources that you can use to develop yourself and ensure you go away at the end of each session with clear and actionable points.

Our coaches provide an open and honest environment in which you can share your challenges, without fear of being judged and with the reassurance that you are not alone.

How Much Will It Cost?

£630 per person for a total of three session (one per term). All dates will be agreed in advance.

Each group is based on a minimum of 6 participants who remain with the group for all three sessions.
