Amanda Wilson is a headteacher at a 1-form entry primary school in Greenwich and has over 20 years’ experience in the education sector. 

As a qualified coach and trainee Transactional Analysis psychotherapist, Amanda has a track record for supporting teachers in securing leadership roles, helping entrepreneurs secure business successes and providing individuals with a safe space to work through the many situations that life can present.

Amanda’s coaching style goes beyond the surface of achieving goals and focuses on the behaviours that influence decisions.

Amanda delivers training sessions which use elements of Transactional Analysis as a foundation for helping individuals to improve their communication skills and enhance interpersonal relationships. She is the founder of the First 100 Days Headteachers Conference, an annual event aimed at new and aspiring headteachers. 

Amanda is a contributor to Tes and a judge for their annual awards, delivers training on the Teach First NPQ courses and sits on a number of education committees within the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
